Training for candidates for PKA student experts

On September 27-28 of this year, the President of the PKA, the Secretary of Commitee, the acting Director of the Committee’s Bureau, and the Coordinator for cooperation with student experts on behalf of PKA participated in a training session for candidates in the fourth stage of recruitment to the PKA team of student experts.

The event took place at the Faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The guests and training participants were welcomed by Prof. Paweł Laidler – Vice-Rector of Jagiellonian University for Education.

The training was attended by 23 participants, selected from 96 candidates through three stages of recruitment.

During his speech, Prof. Janusz Uriasz – the President of the PKA, discussed issues related to the current activities of the Committee, emphasizing the special role of students in the processes being carried out.

Ms. Małgorzata Zdunek – acting Director of the Committee’s Bureau, presented matters related to the role, tasks, and personnel composition of the PKA Bureau.

On the second day of the training, PKA Secretary Dr. Jakub Brdulak conducted a workshop titled: “PKA and European Standards.”

Other parts of the training were led by coordinators: Mateusz Kopaczyński, the coordinator of the PKA student experts team from the PSRP, and Grzegorz Kołodziej, the coordinator for cooperation with student experts on behalf of PKA.
