Forum „Partnerships for Innovation and Socio – Economic Impact: the Enterpreneurial University”.

The European Commission in partnership with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology invite you to a thematic forum on “Partnerships for Innovation and Socio-Economic Impact: The Entrepreneurial University”. The forum will take place at the premises of KTH in Stockholm on 19 – 20 March 2014. Over two days representatives from the university and business world, European and international organizations, public sector bodies and authorities as well as other stakeholders will come together to discuss on how inter-sectorial and transnational partnerships can strengthen economic growth in Europe.

The forum will be structured around the following four themes: 1) Partnerships for growth in Europe; 2) Knowledge clusters: the development of successful innovation ecosystems; 3) Multi-disciplinarily and multi-layer innovation; 4) Inspiring pathways for moving forward.

The programme includes also a study visit to the EIT ICT Labs and, in addition, a hands-on is offered on HEInnovate, a new online self-assessment tool launched by the European Commission in collaboration with the OECD for higher education institutions interested in developing their entrepreneurial potential and capacities (for more detailed info on HEInnovate please read here).

According to declaration of organizers, forum registration will be available from 20 January 2014.
